I have a Chunghwa Telecom SIM but I’m considering changing to another mobile provider when my contract ends in a few weeks’ time.
The Chunghwa coverage has been really good for me, but their app is only available in Chinese. At my skill level, I can only read about 10% of it.
Do any mobile providers have good English apps?
None that I am aware of, and I was in TW mobile before I switched to FET. I will go back to Tw mobile, better coverage.
Why do you need an app from your cellphone provider? I’ve had phones for decades and never had an app from any of my providers.
Take screenshot then upload image to Google Translate?
What are you doing in the app other than paying bills or adding travel/roaming plans?
The Chunghwa prepaid app for Android is in English, and it works fine. I’d be mildly surprised if they’d done that without releasing an English version of the postpaid app.
