I have one older Panasonic model.
I have two of these: Panasonic 11L F-Y22EN. I would buy again.
You can mostly get along with just one if you keep your doors open or move it around. I have one in the balcony for drying clothes, one in a bathroom, and the other one in the middle of the apartment.
In past I sprayed my shoes with Lysol.

If the weather will allow, hang your clothes on the roof. If it’s raining, hang them in the room with a dehumidifier. There are dozens of kinds of inexpensive rack systems designed for indoor use, I’d invest in one. And take every few washes to the local laundromat and use the big tumbler dryers. They’re cheap and will dry even a large load of wet laundry in 30 minutes.
You might also ask the desk person in your building. They probably know how most folks in your building dry their clothes.
Or use a dryer. No more being dependent on the weather and your laundry smelling like crap whenever it dries.
