Paying in laws 25k a month out of a 60k salary seems excessive to me especially it is a young family trying to start a new life. How can you be expected to save for a house or prepare for your children’s future if your in laws are taking nearly half of your gross salary?
Is it a good value compared to a nanny? Probably, but it sounds to me like a mechanism of control over your future rather than family supporting one another. I certainly wouldn’t do that to my children.
