I’m going to be moving to Taipei soon and was interested in some recommendations on Muay Thai or jiu jitsu gyms (preferably Muay Thai). I’ve been looking around the boards, but most of the information seems to be from years ago, so I was hoping to get some recent information on good gyms. I’m a complete beginner to the sport, so I’m also looking for advice on what to expect when I sign up. Do the gyms usually have weight rooms included? And how much does it usually cost per month?
