Hey there Forumosans, another food related question. Anyone have any idea where natural sausage casings can be bought, either hog or sheep casings or both preferably. I know there’s another thread that provides info on “synthetic” casings, but I’d prefer the natural ones if at all possible.

Hey…my wife found excellent hog casings at the traditional market this morning, so that’s where you need to go to find them if you want them.
