Nazi student groups etc. uncovered at the anti-same-sex-marriage rally

Has anyone been following this? It seems like a lot of troubling hatred is going to come to the surface, and seemingly much more quickly than people anticipate.

Student groups advocating the extermination of foreign worker’s babies, and advocating the purity of Chinese values, while others wanting to be a partner of imperial Japan. Granted their message is too incoherent to be a real problem at this point, it is troubling that there is a ‘logical’ basis for all this in the minds of some people in academia here.

My fear is that a lot of people have very hateful views and don’t even realize it because we are all caught up in the ‘Taiwanese are so friendly’ mindset (which is true in many cases). People are far too quick to blame foreign influences for societal change, and history tells us that minorities and the least influential members of society (foreign laborers) bear the brunt of the blame for problems.

Shit like this makes me very uneasy, and for people to harken back to oppressive times as the country’s most united hour shows a real weakness in the social fabric.

Although I have many wonderful friends from Taiwan, I’ve never felt this to be true. People are shockingly racist, and it comes more from young people than the old. There’s this parochial inward-looking feeling that I could never quite reconcile.

Basically, it’s the Anglesey of Asia.

I agree…there’s some disturbing shit going on here and a lot of real ignorance coming to the surface.

Where do you see more of this? I’d say this is the first protest I can recall that wasn’t progressive in nature.

Given economic conditions in Taiwan I am nor surprised some wackos are coming out of the woodwork, but neonazis exist in all our home countries so let’s not blow this out of proportion.

There’s an open debate about the status of marriage going on in Taiwan. Surely that’s a sign of health and progress in society, not decay.

Half of them probably don’t even know what Nazi lah even means! Probably just seen a picture of a guy with a sexy moustache and think he is just another handsome foreigner with a big bratwurst!!!

What’s even funnier is that the Chinese would also be sub human is dear old Adolfs eyes. The Japanese certainly thought so!!!

Neo-nazis in places with high immigration, and with a history of white supremacist racism towards immigrants at least has some logic, however horrible. Asian folks co-opting white-supremacist uniforms is just batshit, however you carve it up.

The Hungary of Asia?

Taiwan has an extremely racist population.
However, dressing up in a NAZI uniform at an anti gay parade? Come on, he’s more than likely homosexual himself, sevretly playing out a costume fantasy in front of all his macho frinds :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:

The Italy of Asia?

My gaydar was reading off the charts when I saw the guy in the nazi uniform.

Posted via Tapatalk. Deal with it!

And how exactly is this even news? There was a thread about a Nazi party on Forumosa back in 2007. Poor expat souls … did not see this coming.

Let me at them. I will not hold back when explaining in Chinese just how awful the Nazis were and just how failed they are as human beings for supporting them even in jest.

The wrath of a Jew fluent in Chinese knows no bounds.

Huh? I wrote above that it’s always been a racist dump, despite its many fine qualities. You seem to enjoy hanging around expats just to point out their negative qualities. How’s that working out for you? Convinced any of them yet, a sharp guy like you?

Let me repeat: no expat other than the newbiest FOB is remotely surprised at east Asian peasants (let’s not restrict this to Taiwan) acting true to form. It’s still disgusting, pitiable and tragic in equal measures to outsiders, though.

The Nazis would have butchered him in the street for wearing that uniform: they wouldn’t have invited him to sit and discuss ideology. He’s either very uneducated or he has no pride.

So what is that guy advocating? Killing homosexuals in concentration camps? He looks like a weakling. Not at all a member of a superior race. He doesn’t even looks smart. So what does he contribute to the gen pool, besides a weak body and a stupid brain? I prefer a gay who works out and is intelligent.

That is not really true. There was an Indian SS Division and there were Chinese cadets on German tanks during the invasion of Poland. Hitler often remarked that he admired the Chinese and Japanese for their history and national integrity and does not see them as inferior.

But that is not the topic here.

Paintball guns. Indelible ink. OMG you ruined my uniform.

Why have none of you soft cocks done this yet?

First time in 23 years I’ve seen a protest of this type. Why now? Why over gay marriage? There’s no open debate over this its just a load of homophobes and sadly deluded “Christians” making noise and being hateful. Is it a trend? Do they have an ongoing agenda? Guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

Yeeees. Chiang Kai Shek and the Nazis: with all Europe has to offer, that clown picks fascism and Protestantism.

Do think that a man who considered all non-Germanic white people untermenschen and all people of colour, Jews and Romany sub-human, saw alliances with Asian people as a meeting of equals? He simply didn’t see them as a threat to Europe. He flattered Chiang Kai Shek, and sold him lots of industrial and military hardware. It’s a fallacy to consider that mutual respect.

He absolutely saw Chinese people as inferior, just ‘less inferior’ than other races of Asia such as Mongolians. He still considered them ‘subhuman’: of the same category as those who should be exterminated, and there are many textual references to this. I won’t quote Hitler online, however. I’ve heard the same ‘Hitler respected the x people’ from Arabic people too, who admire him for hating the Jewish people. He absolutely didn’t respect Arabic people: he called them ‘monkeys’. It’s a dumb viewpoint that just doesn’t join up the dots between their own race-hate and the fact that others might hate their race too, so … maybe rejection of an entire group of people is wrong? No, wait, that can’t be right? Hitler must have liked us.

I think it is the topic here because it shows the utter folly of racial supremacism. These Nazi-lovers need to have a bit of pride. Chasing after the ugliest turds of old Europe as if they were shiny pennies and cravenly hanging from the coattails of people who despised them is just the ugliest most malignant stupidity.

Or at least design their own uniforms that don’t make them look like short-arsed skinny gimps crossed with a Venezualan postmen. You need to be about a foot taller to not look kind of silly and bathetic in that get up.

I find the exterminating babies chatter to be a bit more disturbing

It beggars belief how this person can possibly err on so many levels.
Not only is he a walt, a wannabe, a poseur, and all the rest, but he appears to have the collar insignia of Himmler’s rank.
