Neo-Confucianism inspection

I am trying to read a medical form. I’m ok with most of it, but then I ran into 醫師理學檢查. Babelfish assures me this means ‘Neo-Confucianism inspection’. Is this something the doctor fills in?

Physical examination (by the doctor) I think.

Thanks. As it turned out, the physical examination was simply a temperature check and a throat examination. This was prior to a flu shot.
