Is the new economic immigration act has been passed?

I am repeating secondhand information but many posters here said it is being held up by the legislative yuan and speculation is that it will proceed after the election is done.

Sir do you think it will passed in the legislative yuan?coz the other bill the recruitement act…who have gold card have been passed in a few months but this new economic act.since 2018 i didnt hear any news about it and i dont know if it will be passed or dissolved so i was so confused
