I heard the rumor, that starting this July students need to enroll at least 12 hours weekly to be recognised as a full time student and therefor be eligable for Visa-extensions and student-ARC’s.
Moreover starting from September this will be even extended to 15 hours weekly.
If that is true, 3 hours per day seems to be a lot, I personaly hope this will prevent many illegal english teachers to enroll turning down the studying progress.
Can anybody confirm that ??
