A ridiculous article. It doesn’t even explain what this agency is suppose to be about. Is it a thinktank for the government, like the NDC? Will it duplicate services provided by the NIA? Will it—please god yes—be a dedicated agency making visits to the HHR office unnecessary?
After reading that article, I have no idea what they will be doing.
Knowing Taiwan, it will be a slush fund agency to give government workers a job but without any practical help afforded immigrants. I hope not but I’ve come to not expect anything else.
Problem is all government agencies budget is frozen. The Legislative branch stopped all expenditures and reduced the budgets to a fraction of what it is supposed to be. So where will they get the money is mysterious as currently it is impossible.
