A new sport has been “invented” in the US of A.
It is called Slamball.
It is basically basketball, with trampolines. And it is full contact.
I really, really like this fusion, and it could be a success. My mates think otherwise.
Has anyone else seen this new sport, and do you like it?
Also, can anyone think of any 2 sports that could be merged into one sport that may also be a success?

Please don’t think I am making fun of this thread, a couple may actually work (others obviously not):
Greco-Roman Cricket - I think the other 190-something non-cricket playing nations wouldn’t be so dismissive of this beautiful game if it involved more than a 40-hour match where no one wins (I love cricket, BTW, but do understand why others don’t)
Scull Jousting - Imagine it as a warm-up for The Boat Race (again, another event I thoroughly enjoy but could see needing some sprucing up)
Javelin Darts - Could be a contender - but only if Syd Waddell was involved. Maybe this has already been done?
Foot-pool / Snoo-cer - Why the hell not?!
