Hey y’all. I got my ARC issued a month ago and my manager has told me my health insurance is still being processed. I’m not sure how long it usually takes but a month seems longer than expected. My manager told me there are two parts of the application process but I have no idea. Is this normal to take this long?
It can take a little while. If you need to go to the doc in the meantime, you can be reimbursed for paying out of pocket once you’ve received your NHI card.
Give it another couple weeks or a month. It’ll show up. I just renewed my ARC and it took nearly 2 months to get my card back. It’s possible the pandemic might have thrown a few things off track.
