Nice hotel in Yilan?

Could anyone recommend an inexpensive hotel for a weekend getaway to Yilan that will include a hot spring and ideally not too far off the beaten track as we’ll be taking public transport?

Budget is around the $2,500 - 3,500 for a night including breakfast in the 3-4 star range.

Take the train to Jiaoxi and look from there. There are tonnes of hotels there, and some of them are nice.
