Taiwan has lots of nice coffee cafes, but this one (Cuiqu Coffee 奎克咖啡) a bit like newer ones in Urban American (I see them in Downtown LA, or PDX (Portland ) or Seattle. A bit of USA with going to Starbucks.
Like a lot of new shops, though hope can stay open! Anything like this in Taipei area ?

Personally I don’t really find the aesthetics very nice. Too cold for me.
Loads and loads of cafes in Taipei look similar, just like MM I find them far too sterile and cold looking. A place t be seen but not to talk perhaps.
