I’ve tried Watson’s and they have the gum, but I can’t seem to find the patches there and I’m at a loss trying to think of where else I can look.

Do you have a health care card? If so, get someone to take you to the hospital and find the Dr. that is administering the government’s Stop Smoking campaign. Under his guidance, you can recieve the patch, Zyban and/or gum at a reduced rate. The more you cut down on cigs, the more you will save. I prefer the Zyban to the patch, but you can use both in tandem.
