Our venerable Satellite guy informs me he is living in post typhoon dark ages up in Alishan with no power, water, internet etc. He asked me to pass that along with his apologies.
Poor Jim, he’s missing an absolute ripper of a qualifying final between West Coast and Sydnet tonight. Chin up mate, it’s only been 2 days without power

Got some power borrowed from another town… ( hope they don’t mind paying the power biils ) Roads however are another issues… there’s many places where the roads are nonexistant… these are from around my town only… still another 70km to get to the bottom of Alishan and I know the roads don’t there are in worse condition.
