It seems to me like another form of warfare, most electronic. Sometimes I do wonder if need to keep more cash. Do sometimes worry others hack away my savings, and now other governments do so.
I’m with ya there except for it being Binance, could just be a cover story for insider shenanigans. 
Read Binance says will replace hacked crypto…but is halting any withdrawals at this point.
I heard they could sell their SPCX stock to cover the losses.
