I can confirm you can travel to Singapore on a NWOHR passport as long as you have a valid Taiwan entry permit. Went there last year without any issue.
Iām wondering if any other NWOHR passport holders here have traveled to Japan. Iām planning a trip there and hoping they will also accept an entry permit.
