Seeing posts dating back to 15 years(!!) on this topic, but was hoping for some current advice. My partner is based in Taipei, and I live abroad right now. Would love to send him some flowers/cake/chocolate in time for Valentine’s Day.
Would you have any recommendations for services that home deliver such gifts to Taipei? I should be able to navigate a Mandarin language website with Google translate, but a platform that supports foreign payment options would be ideal.

I can recommend this local service from certified florists:
They speak English and make higher quality flower arrangements, but better to talk to them about what you want.
Please do not give your money to Uber, they are cancer.
There is a flower shop called Avignon Florist (亞維儂) based in Neihu, which delivers in Taipei and New Taipei City.
I’ve used them a few times and I’ve always been impressed with their service and quality of the flowers. Also I’ve had flowers delivered to me by them, which were ordered by someone overseas.
They speak English and Chinese - their website has English and Chinese options too. It’s run by a western man and a Taiwanese woman…maybe husband and wife?
I don’t have any connection apart from being a happy customer.
