Doing my taxes early this year.
I am coming up with this message and i am not sure why. The tax software is the latest version.
Any ideas?
I just used the online version this year. The English is a bit weird in places, but it worked fine.

Dont you have to manually enter your earnings though?
I have mine, but my wife doesnt have the numbers.
Edit: i went to the nhi website and ran an update.
Now my card works and i am in.
What a shitshow! My card worked. My wife’s didnt. Luckily, she also has a digital citizen certificate which worked. Went to submit and my card stopped working. After three tries and about to smash the monitor, it worked.
And they have the cheek to rate my experience at the end.

No, it should pull the earnings in the same way as the downloadable version. Can still enter things manually in both cases though.
