I’m looking for a webpage that allows you to see English translations of Chinese words using tooltips (putting the cursor over the Chinese word). I lost my bookmark for the webpage long ago and now I’m trying to find it again. Thanks.
A good place to start a search for any Chinese web resource is mandarintools.com/ and there is a Chinese annotator there. Don’t know if it is the one you mean though.

No, those aren’t the one that I’m looking for. The web page I’m thinking of had a function used for translations of web pages (using tooltips), and I think it had other languages like Japanese or Spanish. Thanks anyway.
