Only 848 days left!

Some day I’ll probably thank Bush for having made the last six years (and the proceding two, most likely, unless the finally impeach him) pass so SLLLLLOOOOWWWWLY. Then again, we’ll all be underwater by that time…

The time is right!

I still don’t like her as a candidate, which is alright, as apparently she doesn’t either… but I admit, she alone would be a hell of a lot better than both Incurious George and The Man in the Black Hat.
but I admit, she alone would be a hell of a lot better than both Incurious George and The Man in the Black Hat.
Cute…good thing you don’t have to worry about voting in USA elections.

Rice has the right stuff to be the queen mother of neoconservatism. Telling a nation that’s just been blasted to smithereens with over one-thousand of its citizens killed that it’s merely undergoing “birthing pains” has to rank up there with “let them eat cake” on the all-time sangfroid scale, second only to going shoe shopping while the citizens of New Orleans are drowning en masse in one of the worst natural disasters in U.S. history.

Is this the Nuevo-Con stance of Sec. Rice’s possible Presidential candidacy? Who sent these unsourced talking-points out?

Oh yeah, the way she told the director of the CIA to piss off when he tried to warn her about the looming danger of a terrorist attach back in July of 2001 – that’ll get her my vote. You guys are messed in the head. Back when it would’ve mattered, you didn’t give a crap about terrorism. Now that it is a weapon you can use shamelessly to push your totalitarian agenda, it’s all you ever talk about.

I’m listening to Bob Woodward’s latest book, State of Denial (much of it a rehash :s), and this quote, jumped out at me.

Jeez… first the military comes around to my way of thinking, now George I, on Condi, whom he introduced to Incurious George to school him on foreign affairs.

I’m feeling smarter all the time. Maybe I should quit wasting time on politics and start thinking about the stock market. If I can stay a couple of years ahead of the curve there too… :rainbow:

The Economist: Review of State of Denial

Another glowing comment:

I wouldn’t quit my day job if I were you.
