It has no auth, but Claude web does not work without for some reason. Even if it says auth is optional.
Just use some random user/password and it works.
It’s a cool project, but I’m struggling to see the use case. It’s easy enough to give Claude/ChatGPT access to Wikipedia, and this just seems like a smaller version of Wikipedia with less editor oversight. How are you using it?
I just found it today. Still looking into it.
So far I am mostly interested in the setup. It’s pretty nice. Anyone can connect own Claude session to it and let it work to improve the project.
I’d imagine if that’s how the project gets updated, the majority articles are probably just plagiarized from Wikipedia with hallucinations dropped in. One thing that I think Wikipedia does really well now is its restriction of AI-written posts, their auto detection is really good.
Looks like they taking real articles about certain Taiwan based things and add sources to it. AI is mostly translating it and verifying sources etc.
So kind of AI assisted knowledge management.
