I’ve got it!
You know how legislators like to legislate more power to themselves?
I mean who would be nuts not to? OK, in the future, all we would need to do is ask our favorite legislator to recommend us, and then the Executive Yuan then will process our dual nationality application without need to give up original citizenship! No-brainer!
You see it can all be achieved via my brilliant revision of
Nationality Act Article 6
A foreign national or stateless person who has made special contributions to the R.O.C. OR UPON RECOMMENDATION OF LEGISLATORS
國籍法第 6 條
外國人或無國籍人，有殊勳於中華民國者，或由立法機關推薦者，
Why didn’t I think of this before?
Hey Dan, why didn’t you squeeze it into Article 5 instead of Article 6?
Article 6 was too crowded already.
