Oral-B Electric Toothbrush

Anyone knows where I can find the brush head for an Oral-B electric toothbrush ? My last one is wearing out !!!

Costco

Thanks but I absolutely refuse to go there due to the crowds. Anywhere else ?

Some pharmacy chain stores might have them … Watsons

Thanks ! will try Watson’s immediately.

Mitsukoshi has a small Braun shop. That’s where we bought ours the last time.

I think RT Mart and Carrefour sell them, too. Just check and see if they stock replacement heads first; we lived and learned that lesson.

I have spent the last month, not the whole time, but a portion of it anyway, searching for a good deal on such a thing.

Costco have the one Braun Sonic type that is actually discontinued but still on sale as well as a decent price on a pack of two Philips Sonic brushes with UV sanitizer box. If I needed two brushes, then that’s the one I would have gone for at just over 7,000NT. This price is occasionally discounted, but we just missed the last period and I don’t know when it will be on again.

SOGO Shilin has a deal on both the discontinued Braun Sonic brush as well as a new model, which is the one I finally settled on. The new model which is also capable of handling up to 240Volts at the wall (travel ready) is 3,990NT after 1,000NT discount and comes with three brush heads in the pack as well as single charger. I believe all sonic brushes have the three settings for normal, light and massage settings.

If you like the last generation rotating head brush, then that can be purchased anywhere including SOGO, Costco, Carrefour, Mitsukoshi etc, and all those places stock the brush heads too. It is often the case that in the supermarkets, the brushes and heads are located in the electrical section, not the toothbrush section, I believe for security reasons as they are priced higher and must be paid for on the spot, not at the checkout.

Carrefour does stock a single, basic model Braun Sonic brush at over 2,000NT, but personally I was afraid that its battery might not be sufficient for my needs.

I’m enjoying my new teeth since I had my braces off last week!

I’m looking for some for my elementary school kids. It’s so hard to get them to brush. Especially the boy. I think an electric one will get his attention.

Or you can get the Oral-B Pulsar, which is battery-powered. It doesn’t take up the extra space for the charger. You use it for a few months until the battery dies and just get a new one. Watson’s carries it.

Dr McCoy,

I recently found a speech my preschool student made about the joys of owning and using an electric toothbrush. I think it’d be a winner. Those battery-operated ones are only a couple of hundred NT if I remember rightly.

I will do that.

Thanks everyone for their help - I found them at Watson’s. 2 Refills for NT$280, a new battery operated (non rechargeable) for NT$300.
