I posted this topic, but couldn’t open it. So here I go again.
I received a message under my handle of “grasshopper” that my information had been corrupted. When I sent e-mails to Oriented reporting the situation I never heard back from them. Then after I logged out, I couldn’t log back in again as I’d forgotten my password. When I sent for a new one I never heard back from Oriented.
Has any body had similar experiences? Does it normally take so long for Oriented to respond to these kind of problems?
