Parcel Forwarding Service
Last year, my wife visited the United States and stayed at a friend’s house for a month. Before her trip, she asked this friend if there was anything she wanted from Taiwan. The friend said she really missed Taiwanese fish balls and asked if we could bring some over.
We were both a bit surprised—fish balls?!
A lot of questions came to mind.
The first thing I thought was:
How do we transport frozen fish balls without them thawing?
Don’t they sell them in the U.S.?
At that time, I even called the store that sells fish balls.
Me: Can I bring fish balls abroad?
Store: Fish balls contain pork ingredients (I forgot if it was minced pork or pork fat), so they probably can’t be brought overseas. The store reminded me to double-check, as other customers had asked about taking fish balls abroad too.
As my wife chatted more with her friend, we realized that there are still many things that are hard to find overseas, even with Asian supermarkets available. For example, the specific flavor of fish balls her friend likes wasn’t sold there.
I believe many people living abroad have similar experiences—they want to buy products from Taiwan.
Also, many Taiwanese websites don’t offer international shipping.
If you order something from a Taiwanese website, you can have it sent to us. We’ll receive and forward the package to you.
If you need our parcel forwarding service, feel free to send me an email and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you!
P.S. There is a fee for this forwarding service.
