I was walking to the shop this evening and saw a lovely blue and orange parrot sadly on a chain on a perch. It was quite a big bird. Are they legal to own? I felt sorry for the birdie on his own outside. 
Legal to own probably but perhaps illegal to import … it can be a captive bred birth
