Parrot can not only parrot, but actually understands what it is saying

This is one scary evolutionary leap. Hasn’t anyone seen The Planet of the Apes IV? Once the apes are able to communicate with each other, they are able to organize a revolt and overthrow the humans. I welcome our coming parrot overlords.

Do they have to have North American accents. I know one with a French accent but speaks English.
