With the holidays fast approaching I will again miss my mashed carrots and parsnips. I have looked hell to breakfast but can’t seem to locate them. Has anybody had any luck?
I havean’t ever seen parsnips here but come on! You really cannot find carrots? I’m pretty sure there isn’t a supermarket anywhere in Taiwan that doesn’t have carrots!
Inquiry is limited to the parsnips portion of the carrots and parsnips dish.
At Wellcome or the local wet market, I have them all the time, put them in my lambstew … 
and Wellcome has this excellent imported young carrots, not the tree logs you find at the wet market.
Oh yeah … and imported spuds from the US, a little pricy tho …
