🛂 Passport | Identify this passport stamp?

Why does it have to look so Mickey Mouse though? The weird font makes it look like it could be a fake.

Data point:

I checked my old passports and I have one that has two "VOID"s and three "CANCELLED"s from Taiwan in it. No migration issues at all - these were all just from when NIA made mistakes and the occasional visa switch.

It sounds like the stamp was made in error so it was voided.

The hole is a security feature by the way, often just dot matrix of the passport number or other identifying feature.

Yeah that’s what I thought too. It never used to look like that.

Just dug it out to have a look:

Right, so thank you to everyone who so kindly responded with input.

Armed with the feedback here, I was able to go back to the person (who’s not the sharpest knife in the drawer) and say to them “There must be a stamp you’ve missed in your passport. Please send me a photo of every page, including the blank ones”.

As you all surmised, it seems that the stamp was indeed voided because it was not legible, since it turns out that there is another stamp with the same date that is legible that I didn’t get the first time round.
