Have a Filipina friend of the family exploring Chinese studies here in Taiwan, perhaps with our help. I understand there are a small number of Philippinos studying Chinese in Taiwan, but that TECO can ride them pretty hard over Visa issuance even though they already accepted at school??
Any Philippino students here who could shed some light?? Second hand reports/guidance would be very welcome also.
Preliminary enquiry at China Cultural Univ. suggests TECO can be fickle about student visas despite school letter and other docs in hand.
