It seems like most people are based in Taipei.
My favorite is in Miaoli though.

So before Covid-19 ever existed, I used to go here like twice a week. It’s based in Taichung. You know it’s authentic cause most of the people working inside are Vietnamese and always packed with people.
As per my previous post, Savoy was my go-to while in town. Idk if they’re still around.
