You know the place where you get your ARC from. The immigration office or whatever it’s called. They usually have these passport photo machines.
Hospitals usually have them, too.
Also, any Kodak or Fuji stores can do it for you.
The Carrefour in Xindian has one. Probably the one up your way has one, too.
