That doesn’t look like the damage you’d expect from a light “general aviation” plane.

Reuters reports it as “The aircraft was a small two-seat, single-engine light-sport ​Aurora SA60L made by China’s Sunward, ​Flightradar24 data shows.”

Very light plane, possibly hit the building at an angle.

You won’t find out any real info about it anyway, they are still covering up the pilot who nose dived his plane full of passengers straight into the ground a few years back.
