Anyone know if there is a store selling high heat plasma nitrided pans/woks in Taipei?
Recently they became quite popular in China but ordering via taobao is a pain for me. Is there a store that sells them in Taipei?
At worst a nice selection of gas nitrided woks would do too. Looking for replacement of non stick pans and to replace carbon steel woks that are simply higher maintenance.
I’ve found some items on shoppee but prices are like 3 times chinese high street pricing…
I would also look for a high power concave countertop induction wok burner - 5-7.6kw on 32A/230v power supply. That one could order also from Aliexpress but I would want to look at them in person beforehand and best see what size coil they are using or check that they really have as much power as the power ratings are mostly fake on them (with the wok being further away from the coil you never get the rated power).
Department stores weren’t really the answer for either…
