Plastic Easter eggs

Hi everyone!
Does anyone know where I can find the plastic Easter eggs that open in the middle that you can put stuff (like candy) inside?
I know there is a past post…from 2012…and mentions some places that have since been closed
Any updated info on this?
Thanks!

Easter is one holiday whose hokey traditions haven’t caught on here, it might be tough.

Then again, plastic eggs that come with toys inside are incredibly popular. I wonder if you could hit up those places for empties, like the one in the Taipei City Mall. At the same time could look in the novelty shops on Changan W. Road

Hope it’s okay to jump in with another question–has anyone seen food coloring to dye hardboiled eggs for Easter? I checked City Super and Carrefour this weekend but didn’t see any.

DIY baking stores have food coloring. Should work with eggs.
If it’s to paint the eggs, finger paint can do the trick.

Hiding chocolate eggs in Taiwan could turn them into paste!

Pretty much all DIY baking stores have food coloring.
You can also buy it online.
Water, food coloring and clear vinegar. Mix together and you can dye eggs.

Finger paint might be a good idea. I have a 1 1/2 year old.
