Hi, I’m Cindy, a foreigner living in Taiwan. Currently I’m working as a trainee at a bank here. Banking service in Taiwan is not very friendly to foreigners. We always have difficulties when dealing with banks. I would like to report this issue to the bank I am working for and hope to make some changes. Therefore, I need to know more about foreigners’ thoughts via a survey. Any foreigners’ opinion would be appreciated. Also, it would be a great help if you invite your non-Taiwanese friends in Taiwan to do this survey.
