Maybe a weird one but is there anywhere where I might be able to buy Pokemon Trading Cards? I don’t care if they’re in Chinese. I’ve looked in a couple of toy stores before but haven’t been able to find any.
There’s a couple of stores in the underground mall behind Taipei station that seem to specialize in game cards. No idea what kind of cards, but that’s where I’d look, or ask.
Yep, that’s where the kids -and young at heart- meet to trade and play each other. Lots of anime, electronic games, model cars and planes and stuff stores there, too.
Seems like more of the young at heart whenever I go down there 
Thanks guys but what about outside Taipei? Like, Chiayi or Tainan or Taichung or Kaohsiung… Are there any chain stores that might be likely to sell them?
Have you tried looking online on Ruten or auction sites? I know it’s not easy to make purchases on Ruten or similar websites without a local ID. However, if I had to guess, there’s not a huge huge following for that hobby anymore. So many stores may have closed, but maybe the stores that are still up, might have an online store.
