I still think Kao homes are better than most homes I saw and lived in Warsaw. Sure some nice homes in both places, I from what I saw overall average, and a lot more new homes in Kaohsuing. The metro, Kao looks much, much better. Way cleaner, art in stations and in my life never saw fare cheats (I saw twice in a week in Warsaw people jump over fence to avoid the fare)

Then why does Taiwan and Japan have homeless at busy stations? I do not see it at Helsinki stations
