Good call on the “fortified wine.” Night Train was briefly cool with my friends in our teens because of the GnR song about it. Also because it was less than $2 for a bottle that could get 2-3 of us drunk.

In college we got a cafeteria juice dispenser and filled each half up with a different flavor of Mad Dog.

I like I-Mei’s Oat milk or Oat-Soy milk. Both were $49 per liter today at RT mart Bitan. (They are pricier at I-Mei stores, for some unknown reason) Those ones and their almond milk have great texture and flavour for making lattes or cocoa at home.

It’s fairly easy to do. Same with other types of milks.

You can experiment with adding spices like cinnamon, or other things like vanilla, or sugar to spice it up the way you like it.
