I have a consulting business in Taipei. Recently, a client asked me to obtain professional liability insurance without any specific value. This is really easy to buy in the US and probably would spend 50-60 USD per month.
I’m being quoted 3K USD per year as a minimum. Can anyone recommend any great English speaking insurance brokers?

Ironic, given there’s no evidence that Taiwan has any concept of professional liability!
