Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) is seeking a full-time program manager to join its Office of Human Resources, based on its main campus in Chutung, Hsinchu County. This is a solid long-term career opportunity for the right person.
The job involves managing and contributing to a variety of programs with some international dimension, e.g., international recruiting and internships, providing service to ITRI’s international employees, representing the HR office to international visitors, and more. In addition, the position provides English support to the HR office, and occasionally to other ITRI departments.
The ideal candidate should be / have:
- Native-level English skills – ability to compose English copy for informational / promotional materials, and to proofread / edit English material provided by colleagues.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin – ability to participate in a meeting in which little or no English is spoken; reading ability to do Chinese to English translation is a plus.
- Professional, reliable, mature, and stable.
- Strong people and communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Work experience and/or career interest in the field of human resources.
- Bachelor’s degree plus relevant work experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Work permit will be provided; salary negotiable.
