Hi guys do any of you have experience with property management companies here in Taiwan? I am in Kaohsiung and I am thinking about letting them taking care of my houses, rent them out, maintain them etc. But I think in Taipei there are more companies like those exist in Taipei? how about in Kaohsiung can anyone recommend them? and how are they? experiences with them? thanks

how’s “2nd landlord” 二房東 vs property management company? I think 二房東 they will take all the responsibility when they rent it out? So I won’t be responsible for his tenant, only responsible for him.
