It is. In English, it’s Santa Cruz but the Chinese name is much better for google maps. Besides this chain, there are similar health food shops that you may have seen. The photo of the can will be helpful too because it has the Chinese name for psyllium husk powder. I bet this is online too.

It also comes in a bag - clear plastic. I thought that I had one around here but may have tossed it. I picked it up from the Japanese chain of supermarkets that pulled out a few years ago but have seen the same in Santa Cruz.
