What on earth is a pumice stone?
A scratchy, porous rock made from a mixture of lava and water. Handy for exfoliation purposes.

If you are after small ones, nurseries and some “everything” stores have them and probably way cheaper. They are used in plant propagation and hydroponics sometimes. So big bags are somewhat cheap.
