I have an imp./exp. company in Taiwan.
I am going to buy a car for personal and company use. Can I buy the car registering by company name? If can, then what are the advantages/disadvantages? Any discount while buying or less taxes? Thanks
Mostly companies lease cars I think.
if you buy it under the company name you can write off the expenses, and then it goes on your books as an asset and you depreciate it over time.
leasing is probably better for you as a business, since you can continue writing the expense for a few years.
