Anybody know if the new law regarding maternity leave and employer-supplied daycare for employees is just a “paper tiger,” or is it actually going to be enforced by the central government? The reason I’m asking is that my wife is now pregnant, and being able to enjoy some of these benefits as we become new parents would certainly be good news!
