I checked out newegg.tw and it’s a dead egg now (was always overpriced and no fast shipping).
Where can I swipe my foreign card for a pchome-like experience (“okay” prices - speedy shipping - website)?
But best to just get a local card.

You got guanhua, coolpc and a bunch of retailers. Their prices will vary by around 100nt or so.
There’s likely reasons why PC parts are more expensive in Taiwan, probably due to the high electronic tariff. Sure the stuff are supposedly made in Taiwan but they’re made all over the place.
