Maybe you can make Jungian pedagogy a thing.

I think what I’ll do is spend 30 minutes looking for a good cat photo that conveys what I’m going for, and then default to ‘brain warmup’

which will either be very easy for the medical people to understand, or very confusing! :fire: :brain:

這為什麼重要?
這對誰(來說)重要呢?
誰應該在意/重視呢?
啥人需要關心這个? (Taigi)

It’s pronounced as ê. Same etymology as the Cantonese 嘅, which probably came from Middle Chinese 其.

Please buy local… 個

I’ve already put 誰在乎呢?on my slide but 這為什麼重要?is a good choice because I know all of these words! (still can’t read the characters, though…)

Yeah, same etymology as well. 個:古賀切。【字彙】與个同。【鄭康成·儀禮註】俗呼个爲個。

So why write 個 when writing 个 takes 6 less strokes?

One of the rare times the commies got it right

I still refuse to use it just to spite them.

Taigi was using 个 way before the commies ever existed.
